Egg Decorating

The kiddos has a blast with Dane this year.  They decorated and dyed to their hearts content.  I was fun to see them come alive when they exercised their creative juices.  This will definitely be a yearly tradition if Dane and the kiddos have anything to say about it!

Brooklyn

Brooklyn was born on March 20th.  Everything went well with mom and baby.  It was fun to go visit them in the hospital.  Eme and Easton were in seventh heaven with a new cousin - especially a girl cousin.  We love her already and can't wait to see her with Tagg and Mav running and playing.

Arboretum Fun Part 2

We took another trip to the Arboretum a few days later with the kiddos aunt Kallie and cousin Mav.  Again they ran and played and just enjoyed the beautiful nature that the Arboretum has to offer.

Arboretum Fun

To bring in spring, some friends and us went to the Arboretum to enjoy Spring in Bloom.  The tulips were out and let's just say they were spectacular!  Eme likes to lead the way with the girls that are Easton's age, but boy is she cute and fun with them being their "little mommy".  I love visiting the Arboretum because the kiddos can run and play in a place made for just that purpose - kids and enjoying the beauty of nature.

I'm a Tex, I'm a Texas Ranger

In the beginning of March, Eme had a program at her school that was Texas history based.  It was fun because she got to dress up like a cowgirl and loved to perform.  The best thing we did was send her to preschool because it has helped her develop her talents and come out of her shell and feel confident in her abilities.  Since she is a Tex, I thought the title was fitting!
