Em and Straight Hair

Eme has asked me for a while to use my straightner on her hair.  I was a little hesitant to do so because I didn't want to ruin her hair, but she kept persisting....so 30 minutes later this is what you have!

Easter Sunday

We started Easter Sunday out with a yummy breakfast of cinnamon rolls and eggs.  Then the kiddos went to find their easter baskets.  Easton got a new mitt, ball, and baseball cards and Em got a new pair of flip-flops and a booklet to write words with Daddy.  The pictures below show how much the kiddos love to have their pictures taken - we go from good, to bad, to worse in no time at all!  I was so excited because Eme wore my Easter dress from when I was four years old - and she looked pretty cute in it is I do say so myself!

Easter Egg Hunt - Jones Style

We had a Jones family celebration for Easter the day before Easter at our house.  We had brisket, potatoes, salad, pico/chips, and a yummy lemon pound cake with strawberries.  We hid over 90 eggs for the kiddos and they had a blast running around the backyard to find them.  It was fun to be together and missed our Jones family in New York and Virginia.
