General Conference and Easter Weekend

What a jammed pack weekend. What a spiritual feast General Conference was. I always feel recharged and determined to do better after hearing the talks given by the apostles, first presidency, general authorities, members of presiding bishopric, and general presidency auxilaries (ie Primary, Relief Society, Young Women, Young Men, etc). It was also a special weekend to celebrate the birth and resurrection of the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is easy to get caught up in the commercial side of Easter, but the true meaning is that of the gift he has given us all through his example and the Resurrection. I came away pumped to follow the counsel I was given and to get back on track in self-improvement, but also to help teach my children the things necessary for them to return to their Heavenly Father.
