This morning at approximately 11am, Taggart arrived - all 9 lbs 4 oz and 21 inches of him. Linds was incredible and both she and the big guy are healthy and doing well. We will provide more pictures later in the week, but wanted to get a few posted of our new little man on his first day.

July 4th with our Friends
We started our day with a flag raising and breakfast at our church building. Our ward hosted a breakfast of bacon, pancakes, and watermelon. It was yummy and a great way to start the day. We came home and had naps and relaxed and then in the afternoon our best friends, the Links, had us over for a 4th of July celebration. It was fun because they had a blow up pool in the backyard that the kiddos spent most of the afternoon and evening playing and swimming in. It was just what I needed to relax and enjoy before I have little Taggart. It was a great way to spend the day with great company, good food, and a relaxing environment. Happy 4th of July!
July 4th
Our city has a program through the Rotary Club/Boy Scouts where you pay to have them come and put a flag in your yard for 6-7 holidays a year. I love on our street all the homes have chosen to participate and so you feel a real sense of patriotism. My pictures don't do it justice, but it seems especially fitting that today is our Independence Day. How grateful I am to live in a land where I enjoy the freedoms I do. God Bless America!

3rd Time Around
I can't believe I let Dane take these pictures of me, but I figure it will be for posterity's sake. I can't believe that I am two days away from delivering our third child. I wouldn't have thought any of this would have been possible 4 years ago, but the Lord truly has blessed our family! I am grateful that I have been able to carry all three children and for the most part had good pregnancies. I feel huge and swollen, but I can't wait to hold our new little boy. I measured myself the other day and measure about 46 inches at my biggest point. I guess when it is all said and done my war wounds (stretched out skin, stretch marks, and things getting squished and mushed around inside) are all worth it in the end for the outcome of having a choice son or daughter come into your home straight from Heavenly Father's loving arms. What a joy it will be to have another member of the Hatch household!
Maverik's Blessing
We attended the blessing of our nephew, Maverik today. It was so nice to be together and have Dane and Collins participate in the circle. Josh did and awesome job and it is so fun to see him in the father role. It was nice to also have Kallie's mom, Debbie in town so she could participate also. What a great little family Josh and Kallie have. It is fun to see them both as parents and they way they love their little Maverik. What a blessing to have the priesthood in our lives!

BBQ Fun
(Pictures except the 2 on bottom are pre-BBQ)
We went over to Collins and Ashley's house for a pre-July 4th celebration. It was a day of fun in the sun and pool, yummy food, good company, and just the opportunity to be together as family. I was bummed because my camera died right after I took a picture with the girls and their new cousin Maverik. It is fun to see what good helpers these girls will be as new cousins come into the family. They are great older sisters and cousins and will make sure all of the cousins are taken care of. They were both so excited to hold Maverik again! I love that we live so close to family. Josh, Kallie, and Maverik will be missed when the move at the end of the month. As always we missed not having Tia (TT as Easton calls her) and Chris with us and mom and dad. The girls especially loved the pool and are both getting to be little swimmers. Easton and Col Col were more interested in playing hoops as East calls it. Overall, a good and relaxing day with family.
