Eme and Easton learned about firefighters in preschool this week and so we made a visit to our local fire dept to see the trucks, gear, etc. and to help the kiddos understand a little more about fire safety. East was not impressed with the fully decked out firefighter because of the oxygen mask she was wearing. Lets just say that many of the kiddos were frightened by the firefighter all decked out. It was a fun experience and the kiddos were able to take home their own yellow fire hats.
