We had a fun day at the park today. We met a friend of mine and her two daughters, R. and P. Another friend showed up with her daughters and newborn son. It was fun to see Eme interact with all the little girls. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and Eme was in seventh heaven with multiple new friends to play with. Easton wasn't so sure about the wood chips, so he hung back by me while Eme played. I love that the city park is just across the highway (which is really a road) from us and takes us all of 2 minutes by car to utilize. Eme loves the swings and is sad our neighborhood park doesn't have any. I think we will be visiting the park often this summer and then going swimming to cool off.
